    Elena is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in perinatal mental health. As a mother, Elena deeply understands how the world fails to prioritize and support moms. As a person and a therapist, she is dedicated to changing the culture around motherhood.

    Her practice combines advocacy, empowerment, compassion, and a holistic view of health to best support clients on their parenthood journeys. She is especially passionate about serving clients during pregnancy and their early postpartum months.  

    Elena graduated from the University of Montevallo in 2016 with a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In 2020, she opened Awaken Therapy Collective which serves clients throughout Florida.

    LICENSED MASSAGE THEARAPIST

    With 23 years experience in birth work and 19 years as an LMT, educated and experienced with massage in the childbearing year, Lauren serves the greater Orlando area with abdominal, reproductive wellness, newborn massage education, cesarean & top surgery scar tissue bodywork. Advanced Arvigo for pregnancy/Maya Abdominal trained.

    Lauren is a FL student midwife, professional placenta encapsulator, full spectrum doula and childbirth educator. You can find Lauren at Moonrise on Sundays!

    BIRTH DOULA | HERBALIST | EDUCATOR

    tamara took her first doula training eight years ago and it started her on a journey she could never have imagined.

    in may of 2021, she graduated from her formal herbalism training program and in december of 2023, she was certified as both a fertility awareness educator and holistic reproductive and sexual health educator.

    these three passions are the segments that made the kindred feminine what it is today: a holistic practice that serves folks from menarche (the onset of menstruation) to menopause.

    IBCLC | POSTPARTUM DOULA

    Tamiqua Torres is an IBCLC and Postpartum Doula serving areas of Central Florida. Tamiqua believes in meeting families where they are and working alongside them until they are where they want to be. She believes that all lactating people deserve access to good quality lactation support. In order to make sure there is an opportunity she started “Community Lactation Care Days” where uninsured or under insured families are able to get lactation care and support. She stands in the gap for those who otherwise wouldn’t be able to obtain lactation support. She hosts a FREE weekly support group at Moonrise Birth Collective that is open to anyone.

    Ana Munoz is the owner and founder of Mind & Body Motherhood. Her mission in life is to bring balance back to the body and mind as you navigate your childbearing years. She does this through services such a massage therapy, hypnosis & doula support.

    With over 10 years of experience serving the birthing community, she has seen the effects stress, and overwhelm have on the body, mind, and pregnancy overall. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. You can navigate pregnancy with a well-supported body, mind, and birth team.

    CHIROPRACTIC AND ACUPNCTURE

    Dr. Erica is a board-certified chiropractor with a deep passion for supporting families—especially moms and little ones—through every stage of life. She specializes in pediatric and prenatal/postnatal care, helping restore the nervous system to its highest function so children and parents can truly thrive. She’s also board-certified in acupuncture and certified in craniosacral therapy, offering a holistic and well-rounded approach to health and healing.

    A proud native of Florida, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) and completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College.

  • Virgo Physical Therapy and Wellness

    PELVIC FLOOR PHYSICAL THERAPY

    Tori graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019 from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She’s studied under Herman & Wallace, Dr. Julia Smeltz, DPT and her Pelvic Health Kickstarter team, and Stasha Washburn’s The Period Coaching School. She combined her education with her own grit to built her knowledge base and skills.

    Tori is also Dry Needling certified through the University of St. Augustine. She blends that and all of what school taught with her passion for holistic patient-centered care and spreading self-love to create a valuable resource for our community!
